The cute waffle making robot serves one of the signature street-food from Hong Kong, the technology way.

對飲食業而言, 食物質量永遠是非常重要的, 而我們的雞蛋仔機械人除了外觀生動有趣之餘, 全自動機械操作免卻了人為失誤而引致的衛生問題.此外,我們整台機器用以處理食物的部份全以食品級鋼材及食品級矽膠製成, 整台機器皆以CE認證標準為生產準則, 出廠後亦會申請CE認證, 以確保食物安全及品質.

Food Hygiene Design

Food Hygiene Design is the major concern for any food-serving machines.

  • in-build refrigerator for storage of waffle batter
  • easy-to-change disposable silicon tubes for batter transfer
  • disposable batter cups
  • UV light sanitization on batter in tubes and refrigerator
  • batter in tube is disposed when the last sale has exceed at an interval, eg. 3 hours.

  • fully automated vending
  • real-time sales monitoring system
  • system heart-beat monitoring
  • remote control operation over internet
  • centralized online price-changing and coupon set-up
  • adorable interactive robot, dancing to attract crowds when no operation is involved

  • tanks able to serve 2 types of batter (having more than 1 flavour)
